If you are someone who suffers frequently from headaches than surely you must have dreamed of the day when you don’t have headaches!  If this is the case than this post is for you.

Chiropractic adjustments have a very positive effect on not only the intensity of headaches but also the frequency that they occur.   Chiropractors work with the spine and more importantly aim to take pressure of spinal and cranial nerves that control the sensation of pain.    When the nerves from the upper neck are irritated they will often cause that headache pain.   By releasing the pressure and irritation on the nerves the pain can quickly dissipate.

A study was performed with 127 people who suffered from migraines at least once a month.   In this study two groups were developed.   One group recieved chiropractic treatment of a maximum 16 treatments for their headaches over a two-month period of time.   The other group was the control group that did not receive chiropractic treatment for the two months.  There was a significant improvement in frequency of migraine headache, how long they lasted, how disabled they were as a result of the headache.  Of  the group that received chiropractic care 22% of these patients had more than a 90% reduction of migraines!   About 50% of those who received chiropractic treatment reported significant improvement in the seriousness of their migraine headaches as well.

Who needs or wants to be saddled with a headache anymore? Take this information and make it usable right away!
